Think drip due to damaged seat

Have replaced cartridge on Tulsa shower but it still drips. I have now noticed two notches in the seating that the cartridge screws down onto. One of the largest washers on the cartridge has two matching bumps where the notches are but I think water is still escaping here.

Can this seat be repaired in the same way a tap seating can? Can you buy a plastic seat that fits inside. Or maybe I could get it really dry and try to plug the notches with silicone or something? I don't think the damaged seat is a moving part so if I could just plug the notches with something it might stay fixed.

I think you may have damaged one of the "O" rings in the housing body when fitting the new cartridge or you havent tightened it up enough.

You may need this to solve the problem.
