This question is regarding Bristan 3/4 cartridge - VLV 04070-8-20A

Removal?

Do I need a tool to help remove this? I can't figure out how to remove the cartridge as it is recessed with a large spindle. Therefore normal sockets don't fit.

You can use a 17mm box spanner to remove this.
