Shower Valve

I have an Ariston bristan that picture, only the upper valve has three positions: off-bath shower. trouble is that this valve is stuck and I need a new one.

I presume that you  mean the Artisan, below is a list of parts for this shower.

You may be able to clean and lubricate the cartridge rather than buying a new one.
