On the seal how do I get it on bath edge between taps and wall if I only have 10mm gap or do I trim seal around taps to fit

If the bath is very tight to the wall then you will have no option other than trimming it round the taps.

I would tend to use a half round file and carfuly remove the plastic a bit at a time as required.
