Re: order ref: 1176223 Hi, I received delivery today which was great turnaround thank you, as I only ordered yesterday. I was expecting curtain rings to be included with the rail though as part of the kit, as rings are prominently shown in the third product picture on the product description page .. http://www.showerdoc.com/byretech-stainless-steel-quadrant-shower-rail-kit I hope that these have just been missed out from the delivery (rather than the description photo being mis-leading) and would appreciate it if someone could come back to me asap on this. Hi,

Thank you for your prompt reply.

I do still feel that the 3rd photo is mis-leading as the rings are the most prominent focus and I therefore thought they were part of the 'kit'. (My builder also thought this too).

If it had been clear that they weren't part of the kit then I would've ordered at the same time so in consideration of this, if I order now, would you ship free of charge? for me as a gesture of good will?

If you can phone up and order the rings from our sales team and say that you are not to be charged shipping and that liam knows about it.


We have checked and our other pages state that it doesn't come with rollers or the curtain .....We'll get that page changed!
