Carbon Brushes

I have a mira essentials power shower, and need to replace the brushes (it's quite old but works perfectly) I did replace the brushes a good few years ago and bought the ones in brass casings when i opened the shower i realised they did not have brass casings however i removed the carbon from the brass as best as possible and it worked. Recently i bought the ones without the brass casing but these are a bigger profile and won't fit in the motor do you have carbon brushes of the same profile as these but without the casing?

That is really strange, I am only aware of the older type that have the brass casing or the newer larger ones that fit directly into the plastic motor top, can you send me a couple of photos of the top of your motor and the brushes as best as you can.
