flow limiter

Hi, My plumber replaced parts 2 and 3 as the shower was running cold. He mentioned that there should be flow limiters fitted as I have a combi boiler and the mains pressure is very high. The shower is running cold again after a couple of days. My question is will the new parts just fitted be damaged by the lack of flow limiters or if I fit the flow limiters now will it work again? Also do you stock the flow limiters?

The new parts shouldn't be damaged by the lack of flow limiters.

However the flow limiters should already be fitted in the inlet elbows

Below is a link to the type of limiters that MAY be fitted to your valve.
