Spare parts for Thermostatic Shower valve

Hi, One of my tenants has broken the handle on the valve in my property. I'm not sure it's The Colonial 2. Looking at the photos* are you able to tell me (a) the model and (b) what spare parts I will need. (I'm trying to do this remotely). Many thanks, * Not sure both photos have uploaded.

I am sorry no photos have arrived and as there several versions of the colonial we really will need the images.
