creda 8500 dl

I have a brand new electric shower creda 8500dl and there is no electricity coming trought the circuit. the power light doesn't light up and the shower doesn't warm up the water ( no hot water coming throught). I have took out the thermal cut out 2 discs to replace it but still nothing is happening. there is power coming through the mains but no electricity through the circuit. Any ideas? thanks

Check there is a minimum of 230volts at the terminal block in the shower, if not then the isolation switch has gone high resistance and needs replaced.
If voltage ok then it may be the thermal cut out, if you click on this link it will take you to a video clip showing how to test it and if needed allow online ordering.
