Creda 8500 running cold when shower head used at low height

TICKET REF: 53684

Hi,

Many thanks for previous advice.

After checking the valves and water supply pressure (everything ok), I`m left with the same problem: running cold when shower head removed from holder and used at knee height, although I have noticed that the neon lamp switches to dim. Everything reverts back to normal once the shower head is replaced in it`s holder. Also noticed that when shower starts to run cold, there is no difference in the flow . Any further ideas ?

Check that the head and hose are clear. If so I would suspect the flow/stabiliser valve is at fault.
