This question is regarding Creda 8500DL - Shower Spares

no hot water and light on my creda 8500 DL

I've got some power going into my creda shower box but when i turn it on, there is no red light from the box and no hot water coming out of the shower head - only cold water and it won't heat up... Please reply. Thank you.

Check there is a minimum oe 230volts at the terminal block in the shower, if not then the isolation switch has gone high resistence and needs replaced.
If voltage ok then it may be the thermal cut out, if you click on this link it will take you to a video clip showing how totest it and if needed allow online ordering.
