water flowing when turned off

Can you please advise on how to sort the problem out? The shower is working fine, but will not turn off - there is a constant reduced flow. I have put it on maximum to try and clear any debris from seating, but still the same. Will now isolate at inlet valve and wait for a reply from you. I am a practical chap - is this something I can attempt to remedy?

Thank you

You need to replace the working parts of the flow/stabiliser valve which can be ordered online by clicking on the link below. To fit it is comparable with replacing a tap washer.
