shower

I can't turn off my shower. The knob is just turned clockwise to achieve this but I have turned it as much as it will go and water still comes out. I would think that the knob is worn inside and needs replacement/ Please can you advise and is there such a replacement. Regards Jayne

If the knob does not rotate continuously but does come to a stop then the knob is ok and it is the flow/stabiliser valve that needs replaced. It can be ordered online by clicking on the link below.
