help water gone cold

Hello i have a Creda Aquawave2 bought a new shower head and hose and everything worked fine for 3 showers, the new shower head has a adjustable spray etc, one which stops the water, unbeknown to me my little boy adjusted it to this and then when i went to have a shower and adjusted the back to flow after seeing no water come out, the shower works but wont give warm water and the orange power light does not come on the shower works but will not heat up the water.

Can you advise what part i need to rectify

I think that the shower has overheated because you stopped the water flowing through it.

There is a safety device that cuts off the power if this happens it is the thermal cut out, this will need to be replaced.

Also make sure that you switch the shower off before changing the spray pattern in future when using this head.
