Doesn't switch off

I have this model shower and the only way to turn it off is at the electrical supply. Pull the cord and the shower comes on cold then select the power and the shower works properly, the you have to pull the cord to switch it off. Can this be fixed or does it need to be replaced. Many thanks

If when you switch off the shower at the mainisolator and the shower keeps running then you have afaulty solenoid.

When you switch off the shower at themain isolator and the waterstops running, then you have a faulty on/off switch or a faulty PCB or a micro switch that is stickingon.
