Supply of water weak no pumping or light

I have this model of shower and when I turn it on there's no pumping sound from the unit or lights on the power buttons. Only water comes through as cold and a trickle from the hose top. Please help as I'm getting married this weekend and need a shower. Thank you

There is no pump in this shower, and you will need to check to see if there is power, 230-240v in the shower.
