This question is regarding Crosswater Sol Thermostatic Cartridge Assembly - GP0012174

Replacement thermostatic cartridge for Porcelenosa system-pool shower

The Crosswater /Sol thermostatic cartridge assembly looks like the correct replacement for my System-Pool shower. However, my valve has the plastic bit which presumably fits over the splined diameter. As well as the thermostat not working properly, the plastic section is badly damaged. Can you supply the plastic but as well as the valve? Photo attached.

The " plastic bit " is not available , only the cartridge , for this type of shower, sorry.
