This question is regarding Crosswater 3/4 Dual Control - Shower Spares

termostatic 3/4 duel control shower

shower only works when the shower haed is dropped below controlling valve. pump working fine , new shower head fitted .

A bit odd if the pump is working for this to happen.

Remove the hose and turn the shower on to see if it works then, if it does check the inside of the hose. If it doesn't then you may have to strip the valve and re grease the internals etc.
