Hello, Recently I contacted Crosswater regarding a problem (leaking diverter) with my DE421WC shower/bath tap. I was told that the correct spare part number is R0691C which is very close to the number of this part on your website. Not having a picture on the website it is difficult to decide if it is the right part for DE421WC. Could you advise please? Many Thanks, Stefan
