This question is regarding Crosswater Flow / Diverter X2A044N-1

crosswater water square 2 outlet concealed thermostaic shower valve

I have a customer who is having difficulty switching the diverter from off to shower outlet. it seems fine switching from off to bath spout. is this the correct replacement cartridge for the valve

Not much to go on from the name of the valve however cartridge dimensions below

Cartridge Dimensions:

Spindle length - 60mm
Overall length - 100mm
Spindle Width - 10mm
Body Width - 40mm
Body lengthy including guide pins 50mm

At the foot of the page below is a list of some of the valves that this cartridge fits, most of Crosswater valves are the same just they have different head work.
