Bath room mixer taps

Hi I have fitted mixer taps with shower attachment on and they are 1/4 turn taps is there a valve I can buy just for the hot tap so the hot water comes our quicker please xx

I am afraid not, the flow of water is mainly governed by the height of the cold water storage tank above the shower head you would normally need 75cm depending on the taps to get a reasonable flow.
