Crosswater SC531WC Non Return Valve

Do you know if the Crosswater SC531 WC shower has a non return valve and if so is this the correct one? Can you tell me where it goes as I cannot find any reference to it in the documentation. I have cold water getting in to the hot water pipes through the shower and since they no longer supply the cartridges Crosswater said they believed it was the non return valve that was faulty. Thanks.

I suspect that this is the correct check valve

However we would really need a photo of your existing check valve to be sure as we do not have an exploded view of the valve ( The check valve are normally in the valve inlets)
