This question is regarding Crosswater Sol Thermostatic Cartridge Assembly - GP0012174

SOL Rubinetterie Ottelli 3/4 inch

Hi I've got the above SOL shower and the thermostat is sticking. Mine has a temperature stop but I can live without that. Is this a compatible cartridge. Also, do you stock the plastic temperature knobs.
