Cross water part

Hi I have a leaking part from my shower /bath control

You have a faulty flow cartridge, they are at the link below.

Unfortunately I can't Id your cartridge from the photo, you may recognise it from the link above, If not can you send us a photo of the valve with the knobs and face plate in place also if possible a photo of the cartridge itself
