This question is regarding Crosswater Thermostatic Cartridge - CP0000250 - GP0000250

Crosswater KU2000SQC

I bought a Crosswater KU2000SQC vertical triple shower mixer from the Bathstore about 6 years ago. Everything worked fine until a couple of days ago when the temperature became uncontrollable. I suspect it is a faulty Thermostatic cartridge. Can you please tell me if this is the correct one for replacement.

If youcan send a couple of photos of the complete valve with the knobs on, a couplewith the knobs and covers off, so we can identify the top part of the cartridgeand if it is possible a couple of the cartridge itself if you canremove it.
