Crosswater RV plus shower
I recently installed a combi boiler and previously had a conventional boiler. When we put the shower on ... we cannot regulate the temperature, it just stays hot, plumber that installed the Comb Boiler, says that the Thermostatic Cartridge has failed. The plumbers finding it difficult to find the cartridge. please advise ..
The first thing to check is, are the cartridge filtersclean?
Then is the cold side of the valve connect to the watermains.
This shower is designed to work on roughly equal pressuresif the plumber has installed a combi this will be connected to the mains and hemay have left the cold water supply still on the low pressure from the tank.
If all of these are OK then you probably do need a newcartridge.
