This question is regarding Crosswater Thermostatic Cartridge - CP0000250 - GP0000250

Crosswater Shower

I have a problem with the shower overall (fitted with the GP0000250 cartridge). Cold water 14C, hot water 57C outlet is 50C whatever the setting



Manufacturer has told me that the thermostat fails to cold but I cannot see what else it will be. The last email from them said it was working correctly!



Although soft water area, I descaled the parts with no effect



Does cartridge fail this way

First check that the hose and head are clear, and if they are then it looks like you need a new cartridge.
