This question is regarding Crosswater Thermostatic Cartridge - CP0000250 - GP0000250

crosswater shower model SC531WC

I have a crosswater rv multifunction shower valve (model SC 531WC) and I cannot receive hot water from it.



The tempertature lever is moving around but the water temperature remains cold.



What could be the problem/solution.

First check that there is hot water getting to the shower, and if so then it is a new cartridge that you need.
