This question is regarding Crosswater Thermostatic Cartridge - CP0000250 - GP0000250

handle wont fit

I have an IB Rubinetterie 3 handle shower/bath unit(mixer and 2 outlets),ive replaced this mixer previous from company Di Vapour it was identicle to old valve except the number of teeth that the handle sits on was slightly different,which caused me to force it on and as you would expect broke the brass fixing,are you aware of there being more than 1 valve ??or will i have to buy new handles to fit ? Many Thanks

You may be better replacing the handles as spindle size and teeth should be compatible with the Crosswater cartridge.
