This question is regarding Crosswater Thermostatic Cartridge - CP0000250 - GP0000250

Is this the correct cartridge

I have a Metro vertical 3 valve control purchased from Bathstore in 2005, which I believe was manufactured by Crosswater, and would like to know if this is the right cartridge as water is not very hot anymore and I assume it's this that needs replacing?

Areyou sure that you have hot water arriving at the valve? If that is Ok then canyou send us a photo of your valve preferably one with the knobs on and one withthe knobs off just so we can Id the correct cartridge.
