This question is regarding Crosswater Thermostatic Cartridge - CP0000250 - GP0000250

Luke warm water

Hi - I have a metro horizontal three hole shower valve and basin filler chrome that I bought from bathsrore.com It is running Luke warm which I assume is because the hot and cold are mixing. I am assured that the correct solution was to buy a thermostatic catridge for crosswater CP0000250/GP0000250 This I bought from di vapor and fitted. This has not solved the problem. Do I have the correct cartridge ?

This is the correct cartridge, but it may be faulty or the filters either side of the valve may be blocked.
