replacement cartridge

hi can you tell which part i need to replace an IB rubinetterie thermostat mixer cartridge from the attached pictures?

the silver surround at the front. is that removable or does the part come with it?
when i unscrewed it the whole housing came out as per the picture

if its the wrong one can i return it?

the handle that attaches to it is also worn and the ring that stops the temperature from exceeding a limit is broken. do you sell these parts as well?

The Cartridge comes just as seen in the photo, yes you can return is as long as it is undamaged in any way.

There was several different knob sets came with body and cartridge so we would need to see the handle set your shower has.
