This question is regarding Crosswater Thermostatic Cartridge - CP0000250 - GP0000250

Replacement thermostatic cartridge for Metro Horizontal 3 hole valve/filler KU2001C / 20004010220

Hi - our bath filler/shower valve producing only tepid water so suspect thermostatic cartridge, but having problem identifying exactly which one fits. Bought originally from Bath Store but they're not much help. The description/part number/product code is listed in the subject, plus I'll add a picture of the thing with its faceplate off. Any help much appreciated.

It does look like it is this one. The filters maybe blocked.
