This question is regarding Crosswater Thermostatic Cartridge - CP0000250 - GP0000250

SHOWER LUKE WARM

Bought a Metro 1000 shower from Bathstore 2 yrs ago.Worked fine until the weekend now it will only go luke warm.Plenty of hot water from boiler.

I have a pump in the loft which is working.

If youcan send a couple of photos of the complete valve with the knobs on, a couplewith the knobs and covers off, so we can identify the top part of the cartridgeand if it is possible a couple of the cartridge itself if you canremove it.

Or you can check the filters on the cartridge to see if they are blocked.
