Shower temp & compatibility

Hi, our shower was really hot only, but has now gone to just warm only and we are unable to change the temp at all now. Is this cartridge what we need? also is it compatible with an 'IB' shower? Many thanks!

You may have a faulty cartridge and this cartridge is found in some IB showers , but not all. You will have to remove the existing one to be sure.
