I purchased a thermostatic cartridge which arrived promptly within a couple of days. Unfortunately I was unable to fit it due to an apparent fault which stopped the thermostat from being screwed into place.
When I contacted Shower Doctor, they immediately recognised a genuine problem and dispatched a replacement which again was received within s couple of days.
Being an experienced DIYer, I was very pleasantly surprised that my issue wasn’t met with “it must be something you’ve done” and have nothing but praise for their customer service.
