Given Shower Doctor details by plumber undertaking repair as unable to identify makers name of part required. Followed instructions from Shower Doctor re taking required photographs, Shower Doctor identified part and replied within 12 hours. Part purchased, posted and now put in shower. I would say ‘job done’ fully recommend them.
