This question is regarding Crosswater thermostatic cartridge - TCG1210FA1

Cross water EV1210EC thermostatic Kai shower valve

Hi, I've had a cross water ev1210ec thermostatic shower valve installed in 2010. It's now losing temperature. Could this be that the o-rings on cartridge may have perished or it needs to be dismantled it to clean Limescale etc (This has not happened in its 5 years of operation. Would cleaning resolve the temperature loss or should I take a hit and just replace the thermostatic cartridge please?

These cartridges are not user serviceable, so a new cartridge maybe needed.
