ID cartridge

Here is a picture of the cartridge from one of your valves would you ID it that I may order a new one.

Customer also says that the pipes hammer when turning on or off the faucet. Is this from the cartridge or something else.

These are the ones but you will to check the spiles to find the right size for your handle.

The hammering is usually a gate valve or similar not opened/ working properly.
