Snapped Screw

Our combination shower has a screw on each of the hot and cold pipes which can be tightened or loosened to adjust the flow of water. Unfortunately the screw in the hot pipe has snapped off. Is there any way to get it back out and replace with a new screw, or will we need a whole new housing? Either way, are you able to help?
