Replacement showerhead

We have a Home of Ultra Breeze deluxe rigid riser shower and handset, installed in 2009.

The shower head needs replacing, since the plastic 'rose' within the metal head keeps slipping out, even with lowish water pressure.

Does the Deva 10 head have a standard screw fitting so that I could replace the Breeze?

This has the standard 15mm BSP fitting.
