Spare temperature controller

Hi is the temperature controller as in your picture the same as the one I have taken a photo of.

It is a devatap shower.

If so could I have a costing for the part .

If you can send a couple of photos of the complete valve with the knobs and covers off, so we can identify the top part of the cartridge and if it is possible a couple of the cartridge itself if you can remove it, then we maybe able to identify the manufacturer etc.
