This question is regarding Deva Contempary thermostatic cartridge

DEVA Contemporary Dual Control Shower

I have a faulty thermostatic cartridge. It looks nothing like the picture of your product. It has a spring at the end and is made of brass. Can you advise if your cartridge will fit my shower valve?

If you can send a photo of the valve then there is a good chance we will be able to ID it. If you can send a of photo of the valve with the knobs and covers removed, so we can see the top part of the cartridge then there is a better chance of us identifying it and if it is possible a photo of the cartridge itself as this will give us a better chance still of identifying the manufacturer.

My shower is a Deva Contemporary Dual Control,about 12 years old. ROUVDUAT01 and 56368 were a couple of codes I picked up while trying to locate the part. Not sure if they help?

The above cartridge is 30mm in diameter, non-threaded and approximately 100mm long. The shower is still for sale but it would appear that the thermostatic cartridge is now plastic or ceramic with no spring on it, when I look online.
