is there any service spares available or is there a direct replacement shower kit ?

We may now have flow and temperature cartridges but we would need to see photos of your originals to make sure we ID the correct ones.

I am afraid the cartridges are indeed obsolete and unfortunately there is nothing that is a direct change over.
