DEVA Envy SHW Mixing Valve Cartridge

Hi I have to replace a cartridge in our Deva Envy SHW Mixing valve. This part should fit but the temperature adjustment handle has a nylon insert that connects to the brass spine. This insert is worn on the teeth and won’t grip. Does the cartridge come with new nylon inserts and spacers etc? If not do you supply them?

Unfortunately the nylon parts that you require are now obsolete and we know of no alternatives.
