Thermostat for Deva Georgian

Hi Can you supply me with a thermostat valve for the Deva Georgian? What is the difference between item 21 and item 20?

As you can see from the above , there is a flow valve and a thermostatic part to this shower. Depending on the problem, only the relevant one maybe needed.
