Replacement tap tops

Hello just wondering if you can help me, I think we have Deva Ikon taps in our house and my wife is having trouble turning them on and off. Is there a tap top replacement that I can swap over...? I’ve looked at insignia ones on your site but the range looks discontinued...

The problem is the on/off cartridge in your tap is obsolete therefore none of the tap heads will fit.

I can see the problem with these taps as my wife has the same issue.

I think you would be better just buying a couple of lever action monobloc basin taps and fitting them, they should be relatively easy to fit, if you have to get a plumber I would think about an hour a tap.
