This question is regarding Deva Round Brass Wall Union (Chrome finish) - SPE01

suitability

Hi I have a deck mounted shower on the bath and water leaks down the hose onto the floor under the bath. Would this be suitable to fasten onto the bath edge and then connect the shower hose to it thus stopping the leak? Would the black flange shown on the picture fasten it securely under the bath?

The short answer is yes I think it would but without seeing the bath and where exactly you intend mounting it I can't be absolutly sure.
