Thank you for your email this morning with the update to my ticket. I really appreciated that someone else was on the case, as it was seeming hopeless. However, yesterday evening in B&Q when checking prices of replacement mixer taps (just in case no o-rings appeared), I spotted a pack of assorted o-rings. One fitted, unlike the previous pack that I bought. Checking the tap this morning it looks like it has stemmed the leak, at least for now, so I'll leave things as they are. Thank you for your attempt on my behalf. I am very grateful. Enjoy your weekend when you get to it Regards Jerry King
