problem with rail

Do you supply the adjustable part that holds the separate head that slides up and down the rail as mine doesn't stay up the rail it slides down

Measuring through the centre of your shower rail outside edge to outside edge, will give its diameter and you can use this to find the correct size when choosing a slider bracket which will fit.
